SHIPPING POLICY
At Lokout Wear, we aim to deliver your favorite streetwear styles to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery across India.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY
Standard delivery time: 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
For metro cities: 3–5 business days.
For remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions.
SHIPPING COVERGAE
We currently ship all over India through trusted courier partnersÂ
International shipping is not available at the moment.
SHIPPING CHARGES
For orders, a shipping fee of ₹79 will be charged.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will include an additional ₹50 service charge.
Return shipping charge of ₹99 will be applicable on all returns or exchanges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available for most serviceable pin codes in India.
To prevent fake or incomplete orders, we may verify COD orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Please ensure that you provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery issues.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your order anytime using the tracking ID provided.
WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Lokout Wear is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
In such cases, the parcel will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply if you wish to have it resent.
PREPAID ORDERS
For faster dispatch, we recommend prepaid payments through UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Prepaid orders are processed with priority handling for faster delivery.
